"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.

that in mind, i think you should let the thing with RustyRainbow go. i think it was coincedence, really. but think what you will, i am by no means telling you what to do. but i think that all of her art is hers only, just as i believe that all of your lovely work is orignial, also.
